Fair Use of Pictures

As of 2007-07-05, all the photos in my gallery are hereby licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivs 3.0 Licence.

This licence allows you to share (copy, distribute and transmit) my photos, subject to the following conditions:

Noncommercial: You may not use my photographs for commercial purposes, including advertising.
Attribution: use of my works must be accompanied by a credit and link to the Landscape Photographer in Scotland website where such a link is possible
Manipulation: you may not create a derivative work from my photographs or use it as part of a further composite work

Please contact me if you wish to discuss using any of my photographs under different licence terms.

"Deep Linking"

Deep-linking direct to images in my gallery without prior arrangement is expressly forbidden. This includes, and is not limited to, users of bulletin-board systems or online journals, etc. I retain the right to remove, replace or redirect images in the gallery without notice.

Feeds

The data in my RSS and RDF feeds for the gallery are also under the same licence terms.
